How to Order

ON-LINE (using a credit card)

• Search for a name or select an genre or category that interests you then click its link to go to it.
• Browse through the reviews. Look at song selections and recording information. Look at the album covers. When you find something you want to buy, click the "Order CD" button, which takes you to your shopping basket.
  To shop some more, just click the "Continue Shopping" button.
  When you have everything you want, click the "Prepare Order" button to check out.
• The order page will give you several shipping options, defaulting to the least expensive. For reasons of security, once you leave the order page you must hit your browser's back button to return to it.
  The shopping basket software requires that every field in the Billing Info section be filled out, including the Country field. If ANY field is left blank, the software will tell you to click the BACK button on your browser and fill in any blank fields.
  We really appreciate your business, and want to make it as easy as possible for you to order. Please, fill in EVERY field in the Billing Info and credit card areas (as well as the Shipping Address IF it is different than the Billing Info address.) Thanks!
• Click the "Done" button. An on-screen receipt will appear and an eMail receipt will be sent to you. That's all there is to it!

If you wish, you may place a credit card order by calling 1.800.678.8863, between 10 AM and 6 PM Monday through Saturday, Central Standard Time.

FAX

You may also FAX your order, 24 hours a day, to 1.314.961.7539. In addition to your name, billing address, and phone number, include the title and artist of the CDs that you want and your preferred shipping method. Please give us the shipping address if it's different than the billing address. Also include your name as it appears on your card, the card type (Visa, MasterCard, or Discover), number and expiration date.

We'll confirm your order by eMail if you include your eMail address.

MAIL

To order by mail, please include your name, billing address, and phone number, the title and artist of each CD or tape that you would like, along with your preferred shipping method and form of payment.

If you're paying by credit card, please give us the shipping address if it's different than the billing address. Also, please include your name as it appears on your card, the card type (Visa, MasterCard, or Discover), number and expiration date.

If payment is made by personal check we must let the check clear your bank prior to shipping. Thank you for your understanding.

MONEY ORDERS AND PERSONAL CHECKS

We accept both. If you pay by check, please understand that your order will not ship until the check clears your bank. Please make arrangements with us by phone at 1-800-678-8863.

TAX INFORMATION

Missouri residents ONLY are charged 6.475% sales tax.

Store Policies

RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it, within 30 days, postage paid, in like-new condition, for a store credit ONLY. There are NO cash refunds.

BACK-ORDERS

While we strive to ship all orders within two business days, you will be notified by eMail of any delays or if any items are on back order. We normally do not ship partial orders, which would incur extra shipping charges for you. Should you want a partial order shipped, simply contact customer service.
